HERITAGE SQUARE REVIEWS

This is a beautiful spot to spend an hour or a day exploring Victorian architecture and interesting local and national history. A comfy coffee shop with sandwiches and pastries, as well as a beautiful restaurant with a warm, inviting speakeasy in the basement, provide the perfect additions to the tour. Very artistic and high quality tees, puzzles, pins, etc at graphic artist shop I cannot find the name of online. Thanks for an amazing tour Gary.

My friend and I have been going to this probably for the last five years and it’s such a nice place to go to two hours worth of food music just enough time and music for adults to enjoy the evening with no troubles at all no incidences ever people are so polite can’t wait to be there this summer.

Attended an event here recently. Beautiful place for events, weddings, etc. I highly recommend supporting the businesses here.

OXNARD HISTORIC FARM PARK REVIEWS

I was amazed as I walked by with my little Frenchie and saw the Avenger in front of the historic farm. I had never stopped there before, but I decided to walk in. Every vendor was incredibly friendly, and they had many items for sale, including lots of homemade goodies and vintage farming equipment. It was a delight to see the grape vineyards; they were absolutely beautiful. Walking into the barn to explore all the old, vintage items was exceptional, and the stories behind the pictures on the walls were fascinating. It was incredible to connect with history—everything there was worth hearing and seeing.

Historic ranch house and winery building to see from the outside. Free parking and admission. Many historic vehicles and farming equipment. Many crops including citrus, avocados, and grapes for wine.

The farm is a tad small but really nice. There are sugar beets, sunflowers, kale, and lemon plants. There is also some old but cool looking equipment.

CHANNEL ISLANDS MARITIME MUSEUM REVIEWS

Loved our experience at the Maritime Museum! The staff are friendly and welcoming, they offer to tour you around or let you peruse on your own. When we had a question about the model ships, Mary was very knowledgeable and informative. Downstairs is various paintings and models, upstairs is more informative and hosts art exhibits. I highly recommend this cute spot to know more of the history and appreciate the artwork from the past! And do ask the staff questions, they love sharing facts and history.

Amazing preservation of some of history's most prestigious ships from all corners of the world... In scale model form. The detail that was put in to these models is beyond compare and the staff was very willing to help and provide details. Plus the walls are covered with some of the nicest maritime art I've ever seen. Take a few hours, if you're in the area, to come see this nicely-presented museum.

This is an amazing experience. Located in the pretty marina and they have wonderful art pieces. We got a 1.5h tour of one of the volunteers and it was fun and informative. Bill was an amazing guide! I suggest you ask for him. One of the better museum visits you can chose even with kids.
