It has a 60-acre site with massive rolling lawns and palm-studded grassy hills, making it a hybrid between a traditional park and a beach. A large, specialized play area featuring a "pirate ship" jungle gym for children. It has direct access for surfing, bodyboarding, kayaking, and fishing, and Numerous free barbecue areas and picnic tables scattered throughout the lawns.
