The museum welcomes visitors annually from all over the United States and from more than 30 foreign countries. The museum features magnificent seascape paintings by 18th and 19th-century English Romantics, 17th-century Dutch masters, and French Impressionist painters. The museum receives financial support from members, friends, charitable foundations, and businesses. You can get free admission on the 3rd Thursday of the month. Members can receive discounts at museum shops.

The US Navy Seabee Museum is dedicated to ensuring that the nation is not forgotten, remains relevant, and inspires as many people as possible. It is the second oldest Navy museum in the Naval History and Heritage Command (NHHC) system. The museum is supported by the CEC/Seabee Historical Foundation, which also helps the Seabee Heritage Center in Gulfport, Mississippi. The museum has over 700 pieces of historical information about Seabee units since WWII. The museum aims to collect, preserve, and display historic material related to the history of the Naval Construction Force, which is known as the Seabees, and the U.S. Navy Civil Engineer Corps. The Naval Construction Force constructs and maintains the United States' naval shore establishments around the globe and supports the amphibious operations of the Navy’s expeditionary force. Tourists can explore a rich collection of artifacts, photographs, and exhibits that emphasize the Seabees' role in military operations and humanitarian efforts. The US Navy Seabee Museum offers free admission for all visitors.
