Frank Lloyd Wright’s Allen House

My girlfriend and I recently had the privilege of touring this astounding home with David as our guide. We were fortunate to be the only ones touring at the time. David’s expansive knowledge of the home and the history of Frank Lloyd Wright made it such an enjoyable and educational experience. Thank you David and all of the volunteers that have made this architectural masterpiece accessible to the public.

Lovely, so peaceful and calm. Great neighborhood and the house is beyond amazing! Great tours well priced and fantastic docents. Very nicely stocked gift shop. Really a marvel.

This place is a hidden treasure! You have to book the guided tour in advance, but it’s definitely worth it. You will discover different significance of the architect but also a history of Wichita and college hill neighborhood. Unfortunately it is not allowed to take pictures inside, but that is why you need to go.
