MIDWEST DANCE MECHANIX REVIEWS

We stumbled upon MDM when our previous studio didn’t have spots available that worked with our schedule. I was immediately impressed with the organization and superb communication from the studio. If I ever need an answer to a question, I know I have resources with the answers. They have literally thought of everything and made it easy to find. Once we started dancing my daughter fell in love with miss Jana, then miss Marci and now she is blessed with miss Traci for ballet and jazz. We have also enjoyed hip hop and acro classes. She is looking forward to auditioning for company this spring. The teachers and staff were also extremely helpful in getting us through a rough time of separation anxiety for my daughter. They were able to make her feel safe and get her engaged most days after a difficult drop off and she was able to Dance on stage with no issues at both performances that year. I felt truly supported in one of the most difficult times for our family and will be eternally grateful for their patience and understanding. THIS is the kind of atmosphere that people thrive in and I am thankful that my daughter has such an encouraging place to learn dance and have FUN each week. The staff at MDM truly does love each student and pushes them to be their best, all while encouraging their personalities and having fun while doing it. Thank you, Miss Jana, for creating such a beautiful place for our kids to learn the love of dance.

My daughter started dance when she was 4 and is now 9. MDM has been a great experience and she has learned so much. I really like the family feel of the studio, everyone is so nice. All her past teachers and the owner say 'hi' and still know her name. The teachers really care about their students and want what is best for them.

MDM is our dance home, the creative themes, patient teachers and wonderful children that attend put this place in a league above the rest! We have been here for 2 years now and have always felt comfortable and welcome. I plan on enrolling my second daughter in the fall once she turns 3.

BALLET WICHITA REVIEWS

Finding a new dance home after moving to Wichita last year has been immensely difficult. Ballet Wichita has more than welcomed our kids to their studio family. This new venture has allowed them to expand their horizons past the limited and stereotypical dance competition teams offered in Wichita, into costuming, tech, and productions, both professional and experimental. Highly qualified and motivated teachers are employed in their academy, not just high school graduates who have "done it" for 6 years. The instructors are patient, kind, and demanding, knowing the full scope of the ballet world necessitates nurturing inclusion and inspiring each dancer's highest potential in technique and artistry.

Our young daughter is a student with Ballet Wichita, and we are so impressed with the studio and all it has to offer. The teachers foster a true love for dance; specifically ballet. The performances we have attended have been beautifully choreographed, showcasing classically trained dancers and amazing custom costumes. We feel so fortunate to be a part of such an incredible group.

My girls love being apart of such an amazing company that brings dance schools around the community together. They have made life long friends from being in Nutcracker and Ballet in the Park. The Director David Justin is amazing. He inspires you to grow in your dancing skills, and knows how to bring the best dancer out of each individual. He is inspiring and encouraging. Ballet Wichita knows how important the arts are to a community, and makes it attainable to everyone in a positive environment.

A STEP AHEAD DANCE STUDIO REVIEWS

This a great studio. I have taken a few group classes and am taking private lessons with Terry. The group classes are really good at breaking down the steps, guiding you through the dance, and, if you don't have a partner, no worries! Terry is a wonderful instructor with years of knowledge and experience plus a World Title! I have also attending several of their studio parties. There are plenty of attendees, the instructors dance with you, and it is a bargain at $10 per person for 3 hrs of dancing! I highly recommend it.

A sensational experience! Purchased four, 50-minute sessions as a birthday gift for my wife. I had no dance experience, while she had some. Dan was an exceptional instructor! He knows how to read where you're at, and how to convey what you need to learn at your pace. A great demeanor, and we really enjoyed our time there.

Place is really cool and down to earth... Bossy but hey gotta learn and be taught Soni don't mind. Good teachers and the types and styles of dances they offer to teach and dance to are amazing and fun ... Def will be back with my dance partner to learn some more.
