TOP 3 SEDGWICK COUNTY ZOO REVIEWS
Love this zoo. My kid's favorite is the stingrays, but the smell gets to me since I had been going to chemotherapy. There's an employee who works in the stingray area named Zach, who is amazing. I used to avoid taking the kids, even though it's her favorite, because I get nausea and faint from standing too long. He is so sweet. He offers me a chair and lets me sit down by the exit for fresh air, and we just love him! He is one of the most thoughtful people I have ever met and so knowledgeable. He really makes the whole experience for everyone who visits. My mom loves going to the seniors' days as well. It's such an amazing community outreach.
It's one of our favorite zoos. It's been a few years since we. Visited as we live out of state. Awesome continual improvements. Loved seeing the completed elephant habitat the deer always gives us a chuckle, and we love the upgrades to the bird/bat house. This is definitely an awesome zoo.
My son got awarded a free family pass from his school. The family and I went and had a really good time. The Zoo has always been a great adventure with a fun friendly environment for the family to enjoy. Would definitely recommend and we will be back again for another adventure.

TOP 3 BOTANICA, THE WICHITA GARDENS REVIEWS
Wonderful spot to spend a couple of hours. Although we were a little early to enjoy the spring blooms, there was still plenty to see. My kids really enjoyed the carousel and children's garden areas. We even spent some time in the little play area inside enjoying some nature books. Would love to visit sometime when everything is in full bloom!
I am a horticulture major, so of course I am going to love this garden! But my family also loves going with me to enjoy all the different seasons and displays. We especially loved the orchestra on the lawn and tulip season. If you need to feel a retreat or a great nature stroll...I highly recommend.
It was absolutely beautiful. It was so calming, relaxing, and a great way to get in a nice walk without even realizing that you are getting your steps in. They have a great place for kids to explore.
