AUBURN HILLS GOLF COURSE REVIEWS

Beautiful and challenging course. I like the mini hole off to the side of the driving range which is perfect for practicing chip shots and getting out of the sand. The new pro and everyone in the pro shop are awesome and always seem eager to help.

Absolutely wonderful, the facility is beautiful and the staff is just amazing. The course & driving range gives you the feeling of a private club but a public course environment. Just amazing place.

Great day on the golf course. Weather was perfect, greens were receptive and rolled really nice. Would definitely play here again.

TEX CONSOLVER GOLF COURSE REVIEWS

It's the hardest course according to slope rating in Wichita, but it doesn't play like that it's just long. It's a very fun course to play with some challenging holes. You even get some wildlife encounters with your round with all the deer that populate that area. Practice facilities are very nice with a long range and 2 greens for chipping and putting. Overall it's one of my first options to play when going with friends since there's really no real OB danger and very little water on the course.

First time playing , what a well maintained course ! Pro shop personnel were friendly and helpful, the carts were clean. The course was long , and fun to play ! Did I say the course , fairways and greens were in near perfect condition! Great course period.

Fun course that will test your skills. Rewards for taking risk and trouble for making mistakes. Driving range and a couple of practice greens. Always fun to play and wind is always a factor.

MACDONALD GOLF COURSE REVIEWS

My favorite course in Wichita. A great layout with mature trees, well placed bunkers, decent length, plenty of water and nice contouring. That being said, the conditioning has not been good the last few years. The fairways are very spotty, the bunkers lack adequate drainage and now even the rough is starting to get patchy. I hope they are planning to put some well deserved money into this grand old course. The city would be crazy not to take care of a classic layout like Mac Park. This course in good shape is substantially better than any other course in the city. Add: As of 7/18, the Bermuda fairways have improved substantially and the rough is filling in. It appears they may be building a driving range on the west side. Nice things to finally see.

Macdonald is definately the best public course in the area. One of the best courses overall. Big trees, lots of water, lots of contour, it's a beautiful place. It's in great shape now too! This grand old course is a Wichita icon for sure.

The pros and staff are doing a great job of keeping this historic course in good shape.
