We used to walk to Applefest at the Grinter house every fall. They would open up the house for tours, and have pony rides, and things for sale out in the grounds... The house is definitely worth seeing it is just gorgeous and very cool because you can see how they lived when Kansas was just a territory, before bridges were built and they still had to use ferries to cross the Kansas River, because originally, that's what the Grinter's did.
Very beautiful, learned so much about Kansas city. My supervisor had us volunteer there. Was wonderful.
I clean this place for Cassie Cleans LLC. Very big and spacious place.
