“Strawberry Hill Museum & Cultural Center was established in 1988. The museum was started to support, promote, and maintain the ethnic history that is prevalent in Kansas City. As you explore this lovely heritage, the museum offers tours with fascinating information. Strawberry Hill Museum & Cultural Center honors the many different ethnicities that make up the population of Kansas City. Over 30 Strawberry Hill Museum & Cultural Center rooms feature original exhibits and ongoing shows. The Tea Room is open Saturday and Sunday, only on the first weekend of every month. Their menu includes soup, quiches, and a cultural variety of delicious, authentic desserts with tea or coffee. The cultures and people of Poland, Russia, Slovakia, Lithuania, Croatia, Slovenia, Ukraine, and the Netherlands can all be explored there. Children under six are admitted for free to Strawberry Hill Museum & Cultural Center.”
