An excellent and unique museum. It is a non profit run by volunteers and takes no tax or government money. The exhibits are unique and tell compelling stories. Our country is special and people without hope at home will try almost anything to make a home in the US. The Border Patrol works hard to keep things in check and as safe as possible.
First time here, and I have to say it blew me away!! The gift shop is a bit pricey for my empty wallet! Overall, it was a great experience and they have a lot of memorabilia. Don't miss it, give them a visit!!
We enjoyed viewing the history of the US Border Patrol (which will be celebrating its 100th Anniversary this May). Wide variety of items in an historical and functional context.
