The Multicultural Center held its annual Christmas Around the World exhibit. The exhibition featured Christmas and different winter celebration from different parts of the world. Each culture's flag was represented. They also a small write up giving details of each celebration. My favorites were the: African and African-American exhibits, Greek, Native American, and the Asians. There was also a homage to Louisiana's Cajun culture. I would like to see the exhibition next year.
Nice little museum with a plethora of history. I went with my family and we all had a wonderful experience. The guy over the museum was very friendly. He saw that I was into photography and recommended a few other spots to take photos. I will definitely return. I forgot to mention it's free too.
It is a very small museum but so full of local information. The curator was great to talk with as she knew so much.
