BETTY VIRGINIA PARK REVIEWS
Other than having trouble finding the entrance, I absolutely love this park. It has a great history of one takes time to read the historical placard. It is well kept. Several different areas that have picnic tables. There is a children's playground. There are many wide Open spaces in the center and then around the edges there are trees and plants which I just love to look at and see if there's a new one I might not have seen before. It has a very nice walking path. Plenty of benches that are separated by good distances so one can just sit back and meditate and observe the day.
The park has easy access from more than one entrance. There's plenty of room for everyone. The landscape is beautiful and there is plenty of shade from the aged oak trees. Options from playground(s) exercise areas, picnic areas, etc are available.
This is a really nice park. A good sized walking trail and decent sized playground. Parking was easy and the area is really nice. Park is obviously well kept.

EAST KINGS HIGHWAY PARK REVIEWS
I ve this park and so did my children ages 12, 5 and 4. The duck pond was beautiful and a great place for family photos. The have three seperate play areas one for very small children ages 1-4, an area for middle aged children ages 4-6 and an area for older children. My youngest two had fun at all 3 and my oldest stuck to the area for older children. The play areas are somewhat near the water but you can hang out between the play areas and the water if your concerned they run near the water. Platt areas have shredded tires (bits of lose rubber) as the flooring great for the children terrible if your in a wheel chair or have a hard time walking.
Went to the small part of the park across the street, been going there since I was a kid and it's always been awesome! Lots of ducks, nutrias, and pelicans. I lovwbgoing there with my family! It's right by the library also!
Absolutely love this park! Plenty of ducks and playground equipment. Park is well kept as well.
