A magnificent edifice and structure. It's fully white in color, looks very pretty and beautiful. It's a historical place. It's a Landmark in The United States of America being home and office of the current President of the United States of America. It's tagged under the heritage category. It's a gigantic structure. It has many spacious rooms. Tourists can have a tour of the spacious White house during certain days and timings mentioned. Very huge, majestic, magnificent, vibrant. During Christmas, it's decorated tastefully with 18,000 lights in the full campus. Huge campus and lawns. The US President takes his morning walks here and jogs here too. Marvelous indeed!
Absolutely beautiful and breathtaking. To think of all the Presidents that walked those grounds, that lived in that house and all the important leaders of the world that have visited here is just amazing. There is Secret Service everywhere, but they actually do a great job staying out of the way. No one was harassed. They were polite and answered questions. You could take pictures without any worries. This was the highlight of my trip. I cannot wait to go back and see it again.
I sang here with my choir as a part of the traditional Christmas at the Whitehouse events in 2017. The holiday decorations were awesome! While the White House is smaller than people expect it to be, it is surreal to walk its iconic halls and see the official portraits of Washington, Lincoln, Reagan, Kennedy, and others - the originals we see copies of in history books! I was very blessed to be in such a great choir and experience this!
