First time using Ambassador Limo and we could not be more pleased with the service! From my first call, I was impressed with a customer service provided. We traveled quite a bit in the month of October and used Ambassador Limo five times for transportation to both Bradley international airport and JFK. Communication was fabulous and drivers arrived promptly with no issues whatsoever. Drivers were also very professional, and we were confident in their driving skills. We had a great experience with both our drivers .on the way to NY our driver showed up just before our pick up time and made sure we were comfortable even had waters and charge cords for our phones.helped us with our luggage at both locations. On our return our driver showed up early which I really appreciated to get us back home even earlier than anticipated. Great company, had the pleasure of using this company yesterday for a medical trip to NYC, driver was Mr Anthony Vaughn, he was absolutely awesome, he treated my wife like a queen, which I appreciated so much, he was a 20 year marine veteran, very intelligent and we all had some great conversations, he really knows his job, he would keep us posted the way down, he was a phenomenal driver in the city itself, Mr Vaughn, thank you for your service to our country and thank you for a awesome trip, can't recommend this company enough!!.

The driver, Mervin, due to pick us up at 4:30 am, arrived early, helped with luggage, and was extremely professional and personable.
