Our driver arrived early and was very kind. He was respectful and patient while he waited for the bridal party to be ready for their trip around downtown for photos. The party bus was in great shape and met all the specifications that had been promised when it was reserved.

We have used airport transport (to and from) from this group for the last several years for our family vacation. The drivers are prompt and kind. The vehicles are also clean and always spacious for our needs. The customer service team is great also and very responsive!.

Sammy was an amazing driver. He arrived early was super friendly and professional. I even had to change my departure time at the last minute and they accommodated me. I would highly recommend your ideal limo service for both business and personal!.

We had the greatest experience with Rockford rides! Our drive arrived promptly and our van was great! It was the best way to start and end our vacation! They provided snacks and drinks which were so appreciated! They were wonderful in communicating with us! I would definitely use them in the future!.

Stacey was our driver with Rockford Rides. She did a great job for us. She was prompt, made us feel comfortable with snacks and great conversation. She was a very safe driver.After a long stressful day of traveling she made us feel relaxed and safe. We highly recommend Rockford Rides who we used a number of times before.

Working with Rockford Rides was an excellent experience from start to finish. The booking process was smooth and hassle-free, and the Mercedes Sprinter provided was absolutely beautiful—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. My entire team was extremely satisfied with the service. If we’re ever back in Rockford, we will definitely be using Rockford Rides again. Highly recommended!.

5 star service! I highly recommend Lavish Limo Service! I used their service for flight out of Ohare airport. On the way home our flight was delayed, so we missed the connecting flight. I contacted the owner and he sent a driver to get us for the later flight, which was so appreciated. Both drivers we had were on time, professional, and it made the trip so easy. Will use Lavish limo again for sure and will tell friends and family about their outstanding service.

My husband and I have been using their services since 2019, we love them. They're prompt, professional, and affordable. We use their services to go to and from the airport for our trips as well as other group trips to dinner in the Chicago area. I will continue to use their services, it would be great to see some additions to their fleet like party busses, two passenger vehicles, and other types of limos. I think that would definitely benefit them. Everytime we use them for airport transfer they're on time, courteous and got us to the airport faster than we anticipated. We had the same experience coming back, our driver Troy was great. We'll definitely be using them again.

I strongly recommend Lavish Limo for your personal travel. I made a mistake in my return date. I called Lavish Limo and told them about the error I made and they were, fortunately for us, able to send in a vehicle to pick us up. This was something totally not their fault but we six greatly appreciated they were able to pick us up. Thank you, Lavish Limo . I will continue to use this service.
