DreamRide was a great company to work with. We decided to host our 25th class reunion in FL. Its always a small anxiety, working with companies far away, but Dream Ride eased that concern. They answered my questions, had a seamless electronic payment system, was very responsive in the interim time between deposit and execution. They also provided driver contact information before the scheduled date. The driver, Heather, was on time and very nice. The bus was beautiful and comfortable. We were able to listen to our music and enjoy the ride. Milton and Francesca were great communicators throughout the entire process.

I just booked Dream Ride for my wedding at the end of the month. The communication was excellent and response time was very fast. All my questions were answered. We spoke over the phone, emailed, and text. Having multiple forms of communication with customers is key for booking. New time users like myself have many questions. I can’t wait for my wedding day and not have to worry about transportation. I will update my review once we use them.
