William was incredible! He picked my friends and I up during the Ida Hurricane in New Orleans and drove us to safety in Atlanta, GA. He was a lifesaver! The ride was comfortable, and he kept our loved ones posted by sharing the trip with them so they could see where we were the entire time. He was punctual and a pleasure to ride with.
