Ashraf is very professional and dependable. He was an excellent communicator in booking as well as pick up. He arrived early, and drove me safely through very heavy rain into NYC with calm and ease. His SUV was luxurious and pristine. He is incredibly nice too, which is an added bonus. I'd recommend him to anyone, and he will be my first call next time I need a car service.

Hired On Time Limousine to take my daughter and I to funeral service in Brooklyn Monday June 22nd. I was very concerned about the limo arriving on time for a 1-hour funeral service beginning at 10:00 am. Ashraf assured me if we left at 9:00 that would have plenty of time. I did not want to be late and miss the funeral of my 94 year old Auntie. He was very pleasant, and accommodated me by arriving in Bayonne NJ at 8:15 to get to the funeral by 10 am. We arrived early. The Cadillac SUV was clean and very roomy. We had water and mints. The price was right. I will definitely recommend On Time Limousine Service. Excellent Service!!
