TOP 3 LIBERTY SCIENCE CENTER REVIEWS
Fun and educational museum located in Liberty State Park, Jersey City, New Jersey. Planetarium at the Liberty Science Center is officially the largest one in the Western Hemisphere. I highly recommend watching a show there as it is truly an unforgettable experience. Today we saw a "The Science Behind Pixar" exhibit that was interactive and hands-on. If you reside nearby and plan on visiting a few times a year, I definitely recommend purchasing a membership as you would want to come back!
This spot slaps harder than a beaver's tail! I took my 3 and 5 year old to the Liverty Science Center and we were not dissapointed! My kids enjoyed the multitude of interactive activities and shows. I enjoyed the tact that I didn't have to pay for admission because of a reciprocity agreement between the Liberty Science Center and the Maryland Science Center, of which I'm a member. This place is awesome. I'm pretty sure we'll get sick from all the hands on learning, but my sons had so much fun that it'll have been worth it. Get there early! The later you go, the busier it gets.
We went to LSC after dark and it was a really good time m it was 90s night so it was very nostalgic since we grew up in the 90's very fun. We went through the touch tunnel and felt like we were kids again!! Must try at least once.

TOP 3 ELLIS ISLAND NATIONAL MUSEUM OF IMMIGRATION REVIEWS
Very interesting museum, there is a lot to uncover so if you're thinking about doing Liberty island after Ellis Island, forget about it. I spent too much time reading and walking through the 4 floors or so this museum has. A lot of rooms and material to see from the history of immigration in America, to the creation of Ellis Island Immigration Center, to how to become an American citizen, there is plentiful of stuff to do. And there is even a cafe for lunch (not very cheap) ! I recommend that you start your visit looking at the vast area in the center of the building, a historical place where people were waiting in line. But then you should get to the top floors if you want to see old items and historical stuff rather than just the history panels. I got to read those and barely had time to see the other floors which I think are way more interesting to see.
What an informative museum. It was amazing to be able to walk around such a historical place. The feeling of being somewhere my ancestors once stood was grounding and so interesting. The museum had lots of information from tons of different nations. So I learned lots of new stuff. Since I went on a weekday it wasn't too busy, so getting in and around the museum was easy and relaxing.
The Ellis Island National Museum offers a captivating journey through the history of immigration in the United States. With interactive exhibits and poignant displays, visitors can trace the experiences of millions who sought opportunity and refuge on American shores. From arrival processes to personal stories, the museum provides a profound insight into the diverse tapestry of America's immigrant heritage. A must-visit for those seeking to understand the roots of American identity.
