LIBERTY SCIENCE CENTER REVIEWS
The Liberty Science Center was huge with multiple floors. Very entertaining for my kids. Many different shows to watch and learn from. Something for everyone. There’s just so much to do inside. Also nice that there’s different exhibits all the time so you won’t get bored going back again and again. The cafe/food court they have there had really good food too!
I brought my 5 and 3-year-old and we spent 4 hours exploring! The exhibits were well done and my kids were entertained all day. The planetarium is definitely worth a visit. I would like to go back without my kids so that I can spend more time reading the facts :)
We went during the weekend to escape the heatwave a bit and to do something a little different. They currently have a mine raft exhibition which is really cute and great for photo ops. I wouldn’t recommend the dinosaur film for younger children maybe 10 and above it’s a bit “scary” for the littles and more of a documentary style . To see everything you need at least 2 hours or more so you’re not rushing. All in all we had a good time.

ELLIS ISLAND NATIONAL MUSEUM OF IMMIGRATION REVIEWS
Truly fascinating glimpse into a time when America welcomed mass immigration. If you get the chance, take the hard hat tour of the unrestored hospital. Our guide was knowledgeable and friendly, and you get to see a part of the island that is not otherwise accessible. It is haunting and fascinating. Highly recommended.
This museum is very nicely set up with good displays. It is inside one of the original Ellis island processing buildings and they have restored most of it. if you want to have a nice day learning about history this is the place to go. the ferry ride from NYC .
This museum is really well done and we were so happy we took time to visit! Between the ferry rides, the statue and Ellis Island we spent about 6 hours but it could have been quite a bit more, as we got tired towards the end. The great hall has been returned to its original glory and is absolutely beautiful.
