Maria partnered with us to the big day. She was always available to brainstorm ideas and even joined us for a venue visit to walk through setup details. She consistently advocated for our best interests with the venue coordinator, which made me feel supported and stress-free every step of the way. On the wedding day itself, we had a large party (no easy feat to manage), but Maria kept everything running smoothly and on time. She even coordinated with our taxi driver to make sure we could stop for the perfect photo ops! Whether she was by my side or working behind the scenes, Maria’s presence was always felt and heard. Best of all, she made the experience fun, I truly had fun with her!! When I think back on my wedding day - the best day of my life, Maria stands out as one of the people who made it all so special. I had a very small pseudo backyard wedding and was doing pretty much all the coordinating myself, until I found Amanda. She stepped in and helped me organize all the vendors and made the day of TRULY perfect. Having her run point day of eliminated all stress for me. She seamlessly coordinated every piece and all of the logistics for the prep/ getting ready, the ceremony and reception and allowed me to relax and go with the flow. She was able to anticipate things before I even knew they had to be done. She worked quietly and in the shadows making the day perfect, but would step in as a calming presence the moment I started to get anxious. The pre-wedding planning calls were thoughtful and SO thorough. It was the best money I spent on the whole day and I would hire her 1,000x over. Can’t recommend her enough.

She was able to work with our venue and the rest of the Love Wed team to coordinate an incredibly relaxed, fun, and personalized day of timeline. We were able to be so present throughout the day and enjoy every moment because Dawn was so attentive (I did not have to answer a single question on my wedding day!). Our photographer, Rachel, spent so much time with us leading up to our day to make sure she understood our vision and photography goals. She made us feel so comfortable all day long and we could not be happier with the gallery we recently received - she somehow managed to capture every second with us and also document so many beautiful moments from our guests! People were astonished with how calm I was leading up to the wedding and I credited it to the fact that we had an amazing and attentive team. On the day of our wedding there was a surprise thunderstorm during the time that we were scheduled to do our outdoor ceremony and I still managed to remain calm and happy because I knew it was being handled! Dawn quickly worked with our reception venue to create a gorgeous indoor ceremony space -- our guests surrounded us and it felt like a warmest hug the entire time! Devin kept us engaged and happy and our pictures are STUNNING. Alane created the most beautiful signage -- including a signature cocktail sign that included an adorable painting of our drink! And our florals blew me away -- Christa knocked it out of the park and people were complimenting my gorgeous bouquet all night! Definitely hire this team of fierce, professional women if you want a beautiful, stress-free wedding experience!.

My husband and I put Dawn and the team through the wringer with our wedding. We had expanded the guest list and changed the location and the vision of our wedding all within 4 months of the big day, but Dawn really pulled through for us and helped us plan a seamlessly beautiful day. AND the collective team were seriously SUCHHHHH amazing people to work with.
