From the first phone call with Albert to the completion of the requested transportation, this service was as implied in their business name PERFECT!!! Juan picked us up from the Ontario Airport. Our destination was Lake Arrowhead Resort & Spa. He followed the flight's arrival and was waiting for us when we walked out. He immediately introduced himself, ushered our luggage into the Mercedes Benz Sprinter, gave us time to select our seats, offered water, and off we went. The drive up to Lake Arrowhead includes a lot of curves going up the mountain, but Juan's driving was great!!! For the return trip, Michael picked us up. He also arrived early, was also very polite, and pleasantly drove us down the mountain to our destination. I highly recommend PERFECT TRANSPORTATION for quality chauffeur needs!!

We rented a 12-person party bus for a 40th birthday celebration. From the initial phone call to place the reservation til the drop off on the day of the event, went smoothly. There was a minor problem but the driver went beyond to accommodate our party. We truly had a great time in the bus. And as I stated to the gentleman, we had more fun IN the bus than we did at our multi destinations. Definitely would rent from them again! The party bus itself was clean, presentable and modern- not to mention the lights and the extra goodies like drinks, ice and cups were the perfect touch too!
