We cannot say enough wonderful things about hiring Ro as our wedding planner! From the very beginning, she truly listened to our vision and was incredibly supportive of us wanting to avoid being overly traditional. Ro worked with us to create a day that felt uniquely ours, and her expertise ensured every detail was executed flawlessly. One of the things we appreciated most was how she managed to keep us within our budget without compromising on the quality or beauty of the day. Thanks to her careful planning and attention to detail, we were able to relax and truly enjoy our wedding day, knowing everything would be taken care of. We received so many compliments from our guests, telling us how much the wedding felt like a reflection of who we are as a couple. Multiple people even said it was the best wedding they'd ever been to! It was the best day, and we owe so much of that to Ro! Highly recommend!

My husband, Nathan, and I loved the attention, communication, professionalism, and over all care that we received working both Ro Hardy at Vision To Reality Events. Our planning process was a joy. She was very focused on supporting our vision and at the same time encamping it with her expertise. Her vendors were exceptional and very professional throughout the process. The wedding day was a dream, because she was so extremely organized and meticulous. As a Black, queer couple we felt seen and respected at every turn. I would recommend her to everyone I know. She’s that amazing!

What words can I say about Rolanda and Vision Into Reality Events??? Perfection, Intentional, Organized, Creative, Communicative, Warm, Realistic yet Gentle, and THE BEST IN THS GAME! Planning our wedding was a joy with her and every detail was executed to perfection, her recommendation of vendors a true fit, and day of coordinating was so seamlessly executed. Especially as a black gay couple, my husband and I truly felt seen, heard, respected, catered to and CELEBRATED! We can’t wait to work with her again, and highly recommend her services!

Kathryn was amazing! She made sure to capture and share our love story. She was very thorough with the process before, during, and after our ceremony! She was very helpful and answered all my questions. She let me know when the marriage license was mailed and sent a reminder to call and ask if my license was ready for pick up. Her and her daughter were very helpful and have a soothing presence that helped calm my nerves before the ceremony. She also checked on my husband to see how he was doing. It was all these little details that made me feel like she went above and beyond on our special day. I highly recommend her services.

Kathryn and her team are the best! She was so helpful throughout the whole wedding planning process. Her and her team helped immensely for our ceremony rehearsal and day of they made sure everything went they way it was supposed to. Our ceremony and reception were in the same space and they made sure the flip was done seamlessly. Thank you Blessed Events!

TIMELESS TIMELINES WEDDINGS & EVENTS-RIVERSIDE REVIEWS

We used timeless timelines for a day of wedding coordinator (Mackenzie) in April 2025 and we couldn’t not have been happier! Communication, hospitality, accommodations and preparedness aspects were all 10/10. Our wedding day seriously went off without a single hitch, we were able to be present with our guests and soak up every moment of the day. It would not have been so magical without this team!

I worked with Mackenzie and she was an absolute dream to work with. She was always moving around her schedule to be able to talk and make sure we were all on the same page. And then day of the wedding it went seamless and I know that is that because of her! If you’re not sure about booking with her…. DO IT!!!!!!! I’m not getting married again but if I was I would use her over and over again!

Timeless Timelines was fantastic front to back for our wedding. Our coordinator Rachel went above and beyond to make sure we were able to enjoy our wedding without any worry.
