This place gets crowded on the weekends, but it only feels like it at the bottom of the mountain. There are two paved trails that go up the mountain, the 2 mile scenic route and the 1 mile steep route. Both have fantastic views of Riverside County. You can also climb up some of the dirt trails, or just make up your own and go rock climbing. It's a great place to bring the family or the dogs. Just remember to bring plenty of water and maybe some sunglasses.

This park has everything! A beautiful lake (2), clean playgrounds for kids (2), plenty of pinic tables and BBQs, and you can even go fishing here (not sure if you need a permit though). I love this park and when I lived in the area I frequented it often. My son and I would roam around the lakes and feed the many breeds of ducks and geese, and then head over to one of the playgrounds for him to run around with the kids.

Hikers, bikers, joggers and walkers all enjoy it all week long. Best place to park if visiting with Mount Rubidoux. Plenty of parking and a great place to enjoy the fourth of July fireworks or throw a special event or party. It gets a lot of suns so bring an umbrella or if staying a while, tents etc.
