The spa itself is beautiful, the massage was good, even though I asked for light pressure and still got a deep pressure (I was very sore the next day). The problem was upon check-in. When my husband and I walked in I noticed the check-in area was very busy. Even though, we were never greeted, offered water, or asked if we were there check-in, so we had to wait. Since it was getting close to our appointment time we decided to interrupt and let them know we were there for a massage. We were finally acknowledged, given our sign in papers and escorted to the back. The spa attendant took my husband to the gentleman's lounge and left me wandering the halls not knowing where to go. Since the front desk took so long to sign us in, we did not get our first drink. Which I was looking forward to. The rest of the night was great. My husband did however try to purchase a gift card and I think there was an issue with that.

Spa was a great experience! They aren't the largest place but they make up for it in service. Our nail tech was so young and informative and amazing. All of the attendants were also super helpful. And cant forget... Juice blends and housemade chocolate were a fantastic touch! Will be back for sure.

The massage was great but they charge to sit by the pool and a 20% gratuity on top of anything you do or buy there. They also over charged my daughter by $60 and she's fighting that with her bank to get the money back. Good experience just read the fine print or you will be over charged.

I absolutely love coming to this spa!! I normally go for facials but I see that they have tons of beauty services, so you can basically come here for anything. I highly recommend getting a facial with Else, she’s very friendly so it’s easy to make good conversation and I can tell she prioritizes my comfort and enjoyment of every treatment. At work I wear a face mask for almost 10 hours so the skin around my mouth gets very dry and on top of that my eczema causes my eyes and lip corners to crack from the dryness. Yet somehow Else is able to make my whole face super smooth and hydrated. My face is definitely in good hands haha. Can’t wait to go again.

Came back for more! Thank you Else for always taking care of us! From the moment you walk in, you’re treated with such care and professionalism. Else is absolutely amazing, she’s not only incredibly knowledgeable but also takes the time to explain everything and make sure you’re comfortable every step of the way. You can tell she truly cares about her clients. I genuinely appreciate their top-notch service. Oh and inside is so beautiful and calming. Thank you again.

I had the most incredible experience at Canyon Crest Spa, and I owe it all to Else! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel so welcome and relaxed. Her expertise during my facial was evident, and she tailored the treatment perfectly to my skin’s needs. My face felt rejuvenated, glowing, and completely refreshed afterward. Elsie’s attention to detail and the serene atmosphere at the spa made this one of the best facial experiences I’ve ever had. Highly recommend her – five stars all the way.

Absolutely incredible experience!!! I was blessed with a hot stone massage, body scrub and body wrap by Christa. She was an absolute fantastic massage therapist, Christa went ABOVE AND BEYOND and exceeded my expectations by lightyears. The room was clean and calming in atmosphere, the bed was very comfortable and the sheets were clean and smelled like eucalyptus I would absolutely recommend this plan and will definitely be returning!! Be sure to follow them on instagram for specials.

I took my bestie here last weekend for a couples massage for her bday;. It was 10/10 amazing! Nikki is great and knows exactly what she's doing. The space itself is set up so cute, very Pinterest vibes, which I'm LIVING for! Smells Amaze-balls as soon as you walk in! Already booked another couples massage for my man and I for our anniversary coming up. I most definitely recommend this spot.

There are a lot of massage parlors in the area, but you have to be careful about where you go. Nikki is a healer. She did some deep tissue work and still left me extremely relaxed. I came in extremely tense from college and athletic activity, I left feeling like a happy marshmallow. Will absolutely be back and referring my family to her.
