S&S Limousine

We have used S&S multiple times for concerts in Rochester coming from Syracuse. We have never had a bad experience or a driver that we could have anything but good things to say about. This year it was Dee doing the driving and he did a stellar job considering that he had numerous curves thrown at him that could have made the night a disaster. From cars on the thruway cutting him off to accidents slowing things down to just plain rude drivers, he got us to the venue on time. As the concert ran late we knew we needed to step our pace up leaving but he was patient with us and we still made great time getting home. S&S is the only service we call and will continue to be the only service we call. Another job well done!

The service was exceptional. We used them for our wedding day and even though our original limo broke down on the way to pick us up, they promptly got another UPGRADED limo to us and we still arrived on time. Our driver CJ was very friendly and fun to work with. The week after our wedding, totally unprompted, we received an email from Thomas, their Customer Service Manager, who sent us a gift certificate to put toward a future rental with S&S Limos. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a limo rental.

Used them for our wedding day. Had multiple pick ups & they went without a hitch! Driver was quiet and not the most attentive, but was on time and made all the proper stops. Would recommend!
