If I could give 10 stars I would. Marquita has been the creative producer for Elevate Women's Summit in Rochester for the last 2 years and every year it's been beyond expectations. If you let her follow her vision, she truly will go above and beyond. Key highlights this year was the stage decor, swing activation (which she installed herself), ball pit and balloon runner across the grand entrance of our conference. So grateful for Marquita for being reliable, timely, endlessly imaginative and professional.

We have worked with Marquita and her team the last two years to put on massive conferences serving thousands of women. When we dream it, she does it, and knocks it out of the park. She is brilliant at what she does, and I could not imagine working with another event planning company. Hire her NOW! We already booked her for our 2026 events.

From the beginning to the end the experience with the event coordinator was amazing the details in every ounce of the decor was carefully planned & executed perfectly I gave my vision & they bought it to life.

I wish I could find the words to truly describe how phenomenal Miranda was. I had reached out to her as I found her on Instagram and asked about renting candles from her. I had a very specific vision in my head and she executed it to perfection. She went out of her way multiple times to bring candles with the hurricanes to the venue to do mock ups to make sure I was comfortable and her vision aligned with mine. She even brought some chargers in which we took the time to play around with color, napkin placement, etc. to make sure it was exactly how I wanted it. She was so patient, kind and exactly who you want to be on your team for your wedding plans. Hiring Miranda was one of the best decisions I made for my special day. The candles were breath taking and truly made the reception space warm and cozy - which was my exact goal. She came towards the end of the night to see the space before the night was over and it was so awesome being able to tell her in real life (during the reception) how truly thankful my husband and I were for her help.

As an event planner myself, I know how invaluable it is to have a trusted friend to share ideas with, seek advice from, and learn from. Miranda has been that and more—a true Godsend.
