Communication started early in the day (he introduced himself through text at least 12 hours before pickup, which was nice to know that “everything was ok” so early on) and the driver was always polite and attentive. Clean car, nice car…had water all over the place. He must've hit horrible traffic driving into LAX and didn't let that affect his mood as far as we could tell.

Highly recommend Shooting Star. They have been our only car service for almost 20 years now. We’ve had nothing but great experience with the service; cars are clean, very reliable with professional drivers. Communication is super easy from the booking to pick up through text alerts with chauffeurs ETA status and location tracking. It’s always a treat when we get Jan to personally drive us to our destination. She’s like family to us!
