HUNTINGTON CENTRAL PARK REVIEWS
Calm and peaceful Park. Did the walk along the trails, pretty much very easy trails and safe environment. Met lots of people who walked and just hangouts enjoying the peaceful place. There are also the library building in this area. Also checked the secret garden but not much flowers since this is Fall season, there is a little “swamp” or lake behind of the garden with green water on it, and some dry trees (Autumn) it gave me Halloween vibes.
This park is a beautiful setting for a nice leisurely walk or jog, a picnic would be lovely here too. The trails are well maintained, the grass is manicured nicely, and the trees are gorgeous. If you fancy a trek through a hidden garden, there's one here; off the large loop, behind the library. This park is a breath of fresh air, amongst the bustling city life.
I had the opportunity to walk thru Huntington Beach's Central Park East, a 350 acre park with several lakes that had a surprising number of interesting birds, Great spot for getting some good pics without driving for hours!

MURDY PARK REVIEWS
This park is huge! It has a community center the provides classes, basketball courts with lights, softball/ baseball fields, tennis courts, playground, and is currently under construction to add a proper well light soccer field! Plenty of free parking, dog friendly, and public restrooms!
This is what a park should be. Amenities for all; softball fields, basketball courts, tennis courts, shaded picnic area, apparatus for the youngsters and a rec center and water faucets for all! Great way to show community dollars put to "real" good use.
It's time for ocean view little league baseball! Our favorite place, better than a major league game.
