I got a Blue gel manicure from Jimmy and he did such a great job! I originally wanted an ombre blue, and he did one nail and asked me if it was OK and if we can move forward with the design, but to be honest I didn't really like the design so I just stuck to doing a solid blue. But I've never been asked before by other nail salons if we're doing something a little more complicated they usually just do all of my nails and I just deal with the outcome. But Jimmy was so kind and did 1 nail and was kind when I didn't want the design so we just stuck to a solid blue and I really loved the turnout! Then Mai did a regular pedicure on me with the similar blue shade of my manicure, and she wasn't too happy with the outcome she did on my toes, so she took off all of the nail polish and restarted. I did not even prompt her to do that, I was very much OK with how the pedicure turned out, but I really loved that since she was unhappy with the work that she did she automatically just went and redid the entire process. Both my manicure and pedicure turned out wonderful!.

This was my first time at Pink Petals and it definitely won’t be my last. I came in for a pedicure and got exactly what I wanted. Kathy was great and I left with pretty toes. The staff were really friendly and welcoming and the salon smelled like fresh flowers. It was a great experience and I am looking forward to my next visit!

Wonderful spa like vibe. They were able to fit me in with no appointment. The service itself came out beautifully and I will definitely be coming back for a mani pedi combo!

I had a couple pictures of the style I wanted and the gal who did my nails did an amazing job. I wanted to try to match a dress I was going to wear without copying the exact color of the dress. The glitter placement was perfect. She took her time placing each heart on my nails. She even evened out one nail because it had been smudged a bit. The shape and color she picked were perfect. I was in red pleased. The price was really good as well.

Staff was very friendly and nice. Very knowledgeable and quick. I got my nails done by Judy and she did an amazing job doing dip powder. I would highly recommend and come back.

My wife started taking me here a while back because I used my hands alot for work and I walk alot. She wanted to treat me to an mani/pedi. Let me tell you, it was wonderful. They took really great care of my hands and feet. The massage part was really nice. I liked the hot wax on both hands and feet and they felt so much better after. The women that work there really no how to treat a man's hands and feet. I will always recommend Biotone to anyone that needs hand or foot care. Treat yourself!
