We needed a car service/shuttle and Triad Connection gave us Excellent service: - On-time, fast, clean mini-van, Fredrick was very helpful, kind and professional. The price was perfect for our budget and we could not have found a better service anywhere else guaranteed. I will definitely use this service again. Excellent Service. Will definitely use again. We needed transpiration from Greensboro to Raleigh airport. Fredrick arrived early and was extremely helpful and professional. Mini van was very clean and very comfortable. With so many choices out there, I am thankful to have tried this service and have a great experience for our 1.5 hour drive for our family of 4. Will use again for sure . Great taste in music also.

Best transportation service that I’ve experience. Service was very professional, courteous, and punctual. Frederick went above and beyond for an awesome customer service experience. He waited 3 hours to pick up my relative from an international flight (due to weather delays) and drove her to Fayetteville late in the evening.
