Went for my first massage. Therapist talked the entire time, even though I said my goal was to relax in a quiet setting. After the massage and checking out, I was asked to book another appointment and I provided feedback to the woman at the front - who was quite understanding and supportive. This is a place that values their customers and truly cares about the experience they have. Being that they have been in business for over a decade, the other reviews, and a manager directly reaching out to me about my experience, I will gladly give it another shot.

I love The Retreat at Brightleaf! I’ve been going for massages and facials consistently now for over 2 years. It’s actually the longest I’ve ever been a patron of a single spa and that is because both August and Cynthia are absolutely amazing! I always receive excellent service and care! Thank you! I highly recommend The Retreat!

Had a fantastic experience at The Retreat during my facial with McKenzie and an even better one with the owner, Kristen, when she called me to rectify a minor issue with my service. Their whole team is incredibly skilled and exhibits professionalism, definitely will be returning for future treatments!

I booked the diamond glow Facial I was happy with the services provided. I will say, the most important thing for me as a customer is how I am greeted because that sets the tone of my entire experience, Duaa at the front was very sweet &welcoming, I don’t always leave reviews, but she deserves praise, she told me about the membership and I ended up signing my mom up.

Jasmine is one of the BEST massage therapist i have had, i have had several injuries she has worked on. She always educate me on my body kinetics and give me stretches to continue to better heal and promote my recovery. She literally has given me life changing pain management and therapeutic services and this is after years of going to duke….

Great customer service and environment! Had great first time experience, was a birthday gift. Hope to come back soon and make a regular routine again if can fit in my budget! Much needed!

I am so surprised that I didn't know about this parlor. I went for the eyebrow and upper lip here and Sarita did a very nice job, very soft threading, I didn't have to wait and was done in like 10 minutes. She gave a very soothing after threading massage on my eyebrows, I loved it Sarita. They charged a dollar extra for paying via card(just for your information people) . I have clicked pictures of their services. It is a very nice place. I am going here again next and try out the minifacial. I will post my review on that ASAP.

Anita is amazing! She does a fantastic job with my eyebrows and tinting needs. I always leave her salon feeling fabulous. Her attention to detail and skill are unmatched. I highly recommend her services to anyone looking for a top-notch beauty experience.

Hands down, the best wax I've ever had. The ladies were extremely thorough, kind and efficient. I received underarm, full leg, Brazilian waxes in under an hour. They made me feel comfortable and welcome and did an excellent job. I cannot praise them enough! Thank you!
