We've used Ideal Limo twice and we've had great experiences. They are very responsive, on time pickups, and Nina has been great to work with. We even messed up our pickup day at O'hare and when I contacted Nina that morning she rushed to get us our ride, right on time. I would highly recommend them and will use them again!
