If I could give them 10 stars, I would! I have been using their services for years and I have always been impressed. They are incredibly responsive, kind, and never rushed. They consistently answer all of my questions and offer fair pricing. I trust them with both my home and rental property. During their recent visit, they not only resolved the electrical issue that was affecting my refrigerator but also offered to sweep the floor before I put the refrigerator back in place. This small gesture exemplifies their commitment to quality work and their genuine interest in building long-term relationships with their customers. Had a breaker box replacement done by Baby Bird recently. It was a great experience from start to finish. Stephanie was responsive and provided a quote quickly. Rick and David installed the breaker box - they arrived on time, were respectful of our space, cleaned up after themselves, and the end product looked great. Price was reasonable as well.
