Michael Miller our technician this evening was awesome! He did a thorough check on the system and explained everything he observed (good and not so good). He encouraged me to join the club and explained how it would save me money. He arranged for another appointment so that he could do a special clean on my outside unit to keep it from burning out over time. He was kind and thoughtful and thankful for our hospitality and well wishes on the upcoming birth of his baby!

Brandon was super professional, efficient, and polite. He was so knowledgeable. He gave me details of the issues I was having and gave me the best rate that he could. He told me about a membership program so now I get free inspections and can keep up with maintenance easier. He didn’t make a mess and he was finished very fast. Overall top tier service.

Kyle did a terrific job on fixing my electrical issue. He was well informed and walked me through every step of the way with fixing my blown circuit. If you are having any electrical issues of any kind please give Frog a try you will be so glad that you did.
