i had the company come to fix my 8kv generac. after the service call was done to confirm iit wasn't working the technicians asked to do a tune up to which i agreed. following the tune up a final check was performed and it was discovered the controller in the unit was inop and was not able to be repaired. i called the owner and asked why a tune up was done on a unit that was inop. he agreed and refunded the $325.00 tune up fee. really the right thing to do. i highly recommend a business with this kind of integrity. thanks

I have used Lyle and his team exclusively for the last several years to service my 36KW home Generac generator. Craig and Jack just completed a major repair to the generator after the control panel was damaged by a lighting strike. I can't praise Craig and Jack enough. Besides being friendly and courteous and keeping me in the loop of all that was being done, they are both top quality, highly skilled professionals. I can't imagine using anyone except LA's Custom Power and Lighting to handle all my Generac needs.
