GEN3 Electric & HVAC

Griffin, Marty, Rob, and Andrew spent two days doing an excellent job in replacing switches and fixtures and installing a new breaker box. They were extremely professional and were marvelous in the care they took in working in our home, laying dropcloths everywhere, wearing shoe coverings, and vaccuming after they were done.. They left absolutely no trace - took everything with them. They were punctual and very easy to work with. I was notified by the office when they were on their way. It was a super experience. We would definitely use Gen3 again. Hats off to Griffin who worked most closely with us. Andrew, Rob and Marty were also wonderful. I give them (and Gen3) all five stars.

GEN3 rewired my entire house, which had knob and tube wiring (!!!)… a HUGE job! Mike Gutierrez ran the last leg of this race & he finished strong! Thank you, Mike & GEN3! Then Kevin Daly came out when I couldn’t get one of the lights to turn on… Kevin didn’t laugh at me when it turned out that the battery was dead in the remote! He also adjusted my motion detector! It feels like GEN3 had all the nicest people working for them. I really appreciate a company like this and HIGHLY RECOMMEND them for whatever your electrical needs might be!

Nell was awesome! We wanted to mount speakers to the wall but the outlets were too far from where we wanted to hang them. Nell did a great job brainstorming solutions and we ultimately ended up with adding outlets higher up on the wall by where we wanted to mount the speakers for a clean look. Nell was efficient, knowledgeable, kind and did a stellar job!
