I strongly recommend Plumbing Pals. They arrived when they said they would. They stayed in communication with me before the job and during. They went above and beyond. They replaced our pipes and helped us identify other issues in the home and ways to fix it. They also made sure not to leave a mess as they walked through the house. Bender, Jay, Big John, and Bolli all worked really well together. They had great communication and were able to explain everything to me. It was very refreshing having a friendly, thorough, and conscientious group of people. I will definitely recommend them to others.

Alan and his coworker did an excellent job for me. They were early, professional and exceeded my expectations. This was A semi emergency and they completely did what needed to be done. Joe and Brandon did phenomenally professional work with complex jobs involving replacing the piping of our hastily-installed shower and running a water line up through the ceiling of our garage to provide water for our refrigerator, in addition to replacing our garbage disposal. I’m glad I went with Goodman and I would gladly recommend them to anybody else. Edit: At this point I might have had the whole plumbing team come out to my house multiple times, so I have to give a shoutout to everyone involved, but in particular I'd like to give a glowing review to Mike H and Ron, who replaced my nearly-century old cast iron drainage pipe and re-cemented the garage in the course of a few hours. Edit 2: They do a bang-up job with HVAC systems as well.

This is our second positive experience with Goodman plumbing. Three years ago, they replaced our old leaky furnace and did a great job. When our dining room ceiling started leaking, we called and they came the next day. Tom and Bill found the problem (clogged, corroded copper pipe), quoted a fair price and fixed it quickly with pvc piping. They were careful about protecting the work area, and cleaned up thoroughly. Goodman also offers a 1-year warranty on repairs for peace of mind.

Goodman Plumbing did an amazing job with my plumbing emergency. I contacted 10 plumbing services that claimed to offer 24/7 emergency services and no one was able to come out to help me. Goodman answered the phone and the technician contacted me within a few minutes and came to my rescue 9:00 Friday night. I really, really appreciate companies like Goodman that do as they advertise.
