The team went above and beyond to explain all work and the follow up procedures. The entire team were pleasant, thoughtful, and explained everything well. I am very, very happy with Orkin pest control. When you call the office you are greeted by Nicole. Nicole is very friendly, efficient, add a great customer service representative. I am very, very pleased with Jason. He calls before he came out for the inspection. He took his time and spoke to me and explained everything. He even sent me pictures! Jason is outstanding. I have received very personalized attention from Nicole and Jason. I highly recommend Orkin.

MOXIE PEST CONTROL PHILADELPHIA REVIEWS

Moxie does a great job. We are preventative maintenance but live across from a farmer’s field so I consider it almost necessary at certain times of the year. Luke came prepared, was polite and professional. He then showed me all the areas he hit and I was pleased with his positive attitude and service. I would recommend.

Jerome performed the first of the 12M series that I hired Moxie to perform. Jerome was punctual and attentive, inquiring as to any specific issues and concerns that I had. He then explained in detail the treatment he would be applying and went about his work diligently. He checked back in once he finished and reminded us about a few Moxie policies and was on his way. All told, just a little over 1 hour for the initial treatment on our 3 story home. Well done.

Our technician Luke was very friendly. He explained the entire process before starting and made sure I didn’t have any questions. He was very thorough and made sure to keep all of our animals safe. He made sure the gates were all shut and even recommended turning off our fish tank filter for and hour to keep our fish safe. I would be happy to have him come out to our home again.
