Eddie and Mickheil were amazing, they spent 5 hrs setting up our system with a smile and answered EVERY question we had. They were incredibly helpful and polite. They cleaned up after themselves and left everything like they found it. They were so patient. Absolutely appreciate their help and their professionalism.

Pawel was my installer he did a phenomenal job. Even though this was my first time using this type of system he showed me everything I needed to know. Went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable. Really helpful and extremely professional.

FIDELITY ALARM REVIEWS

Our system was out of date and needed to be updated, reached out to Fidelity for assistance. From the initial consultation to the installation, everything was seamless and professional. The team was punctual, knowledgeable, and took the time to walk us through the entire system. There were a few issues after installation, Fidelity corrected them promptly. Their monitoring service gives me real peace of mind—any time there’s an issue, I get a prompt call or alert. There’s also a mobile app, I can arm or disarm the system remotely and check on my home no matter where I am.

Had a full alarm including fire smoke carbon monoxide and monitoring. Installed over three days with careful attention to the house and clear competence creating the alarm system. It was done intelligently with the family’s best interests in mind, not what was on sale. Suggestions were made to make the system better. Some were accepted. This company is all about proper safety and most important the customer needs. Fidelity is a good friend.

It's easy to make an appt & the people who answer the phone are very knowledgeable. AND THEY ANSWER THE PHONE QUICKLY AND DON'T MAKE YOU GO THROUGH A FRUSTRATING MENU!!! tech arrived early (after calling to make sure it was ok).He figured out the problem & its remedy very quickly & also installed a new keypad expertly. I've been with Fidelity for 15 years & plan to continue as their techs are well trained and knowledgeable.

They installed 6 cameras for Our home and did a great job . There was a problem in our connection later they came to our house checked all the wires and fixed the problem. They also taught us how to use the app and record and save videos . Great customer service and very reasonable pricing compared to many companies I shopped for . Definitely recommend.
