We’ve had an amazing experience working with Monster Minders! Their app is incredibly user-friendly and accessible, making it easy to schedule walks, communicate with them, and receive daily reports about our little guy after every walk. The payment process is also seamless, convenient and stress-free. We greatly appreciate the level of care and attention Jasper, our dog walker, gives our little guy. They’ve taken the time to understand his personality, routines, and quirks. We always receive thoughtful updates and photos after walks! Their professionalism, care, and attention to detail has made a huge difference for us. We cannot recommend working with Monster Minders enough.

We have been using Monster Minders for well over a decade. We have always found them to be professional, reliable, friendly, and thoughtful. The online booking system is so easy, and communications are always timely and clear. Our dog Chase absolutely loves his time with his minder, Kerry, and it's clear from her interactions with him and us that the feeling is mutual. We always feel confident when our pets are in the Monster Minders' care, and are grateful for all the support Carrie, Lindsay, Kerry and the entire team gives to us. 10/10 Highly Recommend.

I am so happy to have found Monster Minders. It is a relief to know that my pup is well taken care of while I’m at work. Walks are easy to schedule, and our minder Rowan sends me the cutest pictures from their walk. It’s the highlight of my work day! My dog has separation anxiety and is nervous with strangers, but the Monster Minder team worked so well with him in the beginning that I can tell my dog sees Rowan as a best friend now. I would 100% recommend them if you have a dog in the city.

WAG THE DOG REVIEWS

We miss Wag The Dog after we moved away from Philly. I got two puppies during covid and was so grateful to have this trusting, flexible team to help as i transitioned back into the office. Now that i am in another city with new walkers, i appreciate even more the easy scheduling app with real time updates and photos! The dogs loved their walkers/sitters and would go crazy if they saw them out around town. Definitely recommend for daily walks and overnights.

The Wag the Dog team is great! Stephanie was super helpful in scheduling a first pet sitting session when we were going out of town, and our sitter, Keishla, did amazing- the photos, comments, and activity reports put us at ease for sure.

Stephanie, and Wag the Dog as a whole, were superb. I have a bordie collie mix who can be very difficult at times with trusting people. Stephanie was very patient with Nova and after a couple visits it seemed like they were best friends. I'd recommend 10/10.

Top Tails Dog Walking provides an amazing pet sitting service that puts us completely at ease whenever we’re away. We have a very high-energy and anxious dog, and they are always so wonderful and patient with him. They include thorough updates and pictures, and assure that pets are well-cared for. Our dog is always so happy when they come visit.

Tanya has been a reliable friend to our cats when we're out of town. One of our cats bonded with her and obviously looked forward to her twice-daily visit. When we were back from vacation I noticed him watching the door at dinnertime and said "Ah, he's hoping Tanta shows up again!" He may have been disappointed in that instance, but that's the only downside for us with the Top Tails experience.

I was very nervous about leaving my cats alone for an upcoming trip and having Tanya gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. She always made sure they had everything they needed, that they played, and she sent me very thoughtful photos of them every day. I could not be happier.
