O'Connor & Sons provided excellent service. We had a couple of tricky lighting problems. Tom used his extensive knowledge, methodical problem solving approach and imagination to quickly fix the issues. He was friendly, cheerful, and funny. A pleasure to deal with in setting up the appointment and when he was at our house to fix the problems. We will be using him for any future needs. I highly recommend.

Great service. We lost power during one of the winter storms. The electrical conduit and panel had to be replaced. Tom O'Conner arranged the city permits immediately and restored power within days. He kept us informed throughout the process.

Tom was very responsive by text. He walked me through the steps to see if it was my wall heater, pilot light, or thermostat. He let me know what to do and who to call. Excellent top notch service. Thank you.
