Amore Fiori Flowers was referred to me by a friend and they were excellent! I was ordering from out of state & I emailed them. Mary promptly called me back at 10am, took my order & the flowers were delivered before 12 noon today ... WOW!!! How is that for service! Mary was so nice & helpful in helping me find the exact flowers I wanted & placing my phone order. The flowers are beautiful & in the fall colors I wanted for my friend whose husband suddenly passed away. My friend loved the flowers & sent me this picture ... and they made her smile. They delivered my basket with nuts on time, but there was no fruit in the basket that I’ve asked for. There was no cheese in the basket that I was told that was going to be in there. The basket was full of papers on the bottom when it should’ve been nothing but fruit and more snacks for the price of 200. I would like to post this flower shop, reached out to me to make another basket to satisfy my needs. That will change my thoughts of their business to a five star rating. I appreciate them for reaching out to me apologizing. I will definitely call back for any other things I need as flowers or baskets.THANK YOU.

Was an easy website to navigate. Had gorgeous options. Was easy to order for delivery. Immediately after placing my order I got a call from them just clearing up an address mistake made on my part. Very friendly customer service. The flowers arrived seamlessly and the recipient found them to be beautiful. Would definitely recommend this business and will continue to use them for future orders.
