Acme Locksmith

I searched for a safe to fit my needs and found ACME Locksmith. Russ was my representative and went beyond what I expected from a sales rep. I was very impressed from the start with the eagerness to help and the way he handled my order. I had several pieces that went with the safe and he called and emailed with tracking information on each item and also again after they arrived to make sure it was in perfect condition. He displayes professionaism and is a very courteous employee of ACME and I can also tell he likes the company he works for. He also strives to make his customers feel comfotable with their purchase and eager to assist. I would've given him 10 stars but only 5 were avaialble!

I had a frozen locking fuel cap from an old motorcycle I'm restoring. Carter took the time to free up the locking mechanism and clean up the cap. He also made a new key to replace the one I broke in my attempt to get it unlocked. If I could, I would give him more than a 5 star rating.

Easy Peasy! Purchased used truck for son and key given with purchase did not work correctly. Contacted ACME via email, sent necessary information and provided vin and within a week had key and works as it should.
