Last night, I called and needed a dead bolt installed ASAP. First plus is that Mike answered the phone (no v.m.). He arrived at 9:00 this morning (December 23rd, 2 days before Christmas). I consider that overnight service and at this time of year, great service! He had the dead bolt installed in no time. Provided additional information regarding the existing knob and lock, which we were having issues with. Could've easily convinced us to buy and install a new knob/lock, but said that what we had was adequate. Appreciated the honesty. Scheduled next month, we're having the front doors painted and have been wrestling with what do about the hardware for months. Because of his knowledge and input, we're having him order and install the new hardware. It's a commitment, both financially and aesthetically, but we feel totally comfortable with him to proceed with the project. Super experienced, knowledgeable, clean and fast. Would recommend him in a heartbeat!

I called a bunch of locksmiths , the weekend of Fourth of July already. $70-$140 quotes from open lock smiths and no one answered my question and solution over pic/phone and resolved my issue. Saved me the last $100 I had for me and my daughter over a dumb accident. Many thanks yo the gentleman today and Foothill Lock & Security! Happy Fourth of July !

Mike came to the rescue in a very timely manner as my dog stepped on the power lock and locked me out with car running (AC was on). Very nice and professional and got it unlocked in no time. Will definitely use his service again when needed.
