We've used Roni several times now and he's great at what he does. He installed new locks on our doors, helped us with an emergency in our house when we were out of town and no one had a key to our house, and came to our home to help us with copying house keys when our keys from various kiosk key copiers weren't working. He was determined to figure out the problem and he made additional keys for us on site, making sure they definitely worked before he left. He's responsive and professional and I highly recommended him if you have any lock or key needs.

Summer was very helpful! The customer service was great. I had called inquiring about a service that they did not provide but she was able to take the time and give me alternatives and suggestions. That was so nice of her because she really didn’t have to. Nowadays people are very money/hungry driven and if it doesn’t has anything to do with the business then just brush it off. I wasn’t rushed off the phone or anything! So sweet! I love when a business has genuine people working for them, shows character! 10/10 customer service! Excellent work! Have used them twice. Roni is a great problem solver - replaced a new lock on one door, reworked another lock rather than buying a new one, knows what he's doing and is very personable, which is refreshing. Pricing seems reasonable as well. I highly recommend.
