Our car was broken into right before we wanted to take a family trip for spring break. The theft system saved our Ford Excursion, but the thieves completely destroyed the ignition switch/cylinder. It was fast, easy and incredibly convenient. Such a relief and we couldn't recommend them more.

I was surprised that he actually had the parts and could service me for a new key fob to the car and arrive so quickly within the hour "at my home", because I first called the Hyundai dealer service department and they would have to schedule me in and then charge me nine hundred dollars. He was soo kind and explained what he was doing as he went along the quick process. This was world class service that doesn't happen much these days. Thanks
