Gerald and his helper came out a couple hours after my call on a busy day 30 degrees. He got a leak in a pipe in the front yard dug up and repaired in short order. The repair cost was more than fair in my opinion for the work involved. Gerald has come out before and has always done good work, he is a good representative for Roto Rooter and we will give them our business moving forward as well.

The level of professionalism that Roto Rooter’s staff presents is superb! From the on call representative to the business office staff, including the plumber providing the service. Through a frustrating home repair process they made it easy. Highly recommended!!

Our run was stopped up in our historic home. Tim checked it out and called Howard, their OG. They put their heads together and had the lines clear in 10 minutes. So grateful.

I always use American Plumbing for their reliable, friendly, and superb services. Today, two plumbing professionals, Seth and Tray, came out to my home to install my fireplace pipes, log formation, and ensure that the gas, pipes and overall fireplace worked properly. They gave good feedback and educated me on the use of my fireplace logs and igniter. They also completed the work in inadequate time that made the installation convenient for me and my family during the holidays. I am so pleased with the work that was performed, the friendly and competent service, and will continue to use and recommend this company to everyone who is needing plumbing services. This was my first experience with American Plumbing and Seth S. made it a very positive one. I had some water pressure issues, Seth was very professional as he explained what the problem may be and proceeded to correct it. He worked in a timely manner, was courteous and even cleaned up after. I will differently recommend this company and ask for him in the future.

Seth and Mike did a fantastic job replacing my kitchen faucet. There were a couple complications but they handled it like pros. Very friendly and knowledgeable. They also replaced one of our hot water heaters a couple months ago. You can’t go wrong asking for Seth and Mike. They will always be our plumbing connection. Thank you guys!

David did the repairs that we needed done. I gave Reliable Plumbing and David 5 stars, because he knows exactly what he is doing, he is experienced, professional and does quality work. Our repair was not easy, but David went above and beyond what could have been expected!! I highly recommend Reliable Plumbing and if you ask for David, he will do a great job taking care of your plumbing needs!

We initially contacted Reliable Plumbing to install a gas line for a new range. However, we decided to have them address other issues as well. Eric & Jacob were accommodating, pleasant & professional. The work was completed as per the estimated time. We are very pleased and definitely recommend Reliable Plumbing.
