Fox Pest Control and Lawrence are always amazing! I can't imagine going back to the time before Fox, and I can't imagine a friendlier, more pleasant, more thorough tech than Lawrence. Fox and Lawrence go above and beyond to make sure I am happy and my family--fur babies included--are well cared for. We've been part of the Fox family for years and have no need to look anywhere else for top notch pest control and awesome customer service.

So glad we chose Fox for our insulation install! They were so friendly and communicated with us every step of the way. A project like this could have very easily been a stressful experience but we put our trust in Fox and they didn’t let us down. Looking forward to a cool and bug-free summer!

Hi Angel came in for the first time to do pest control inside and I absolutely loved her professionalism and knowledge about the products. She came in last time for termite and did an amazing job then too. Angel used different chemical for outdoor garage and back porch/ patio compare to inside the house. Also, angel did “webbing” for the first time to clean spider webs from edges and outside windows because no other Arrow tech ever used webbing before and she told me that it’s nothing new. I’m so impressed that I would only like to work with angel for future quarterly pest control as well as termite for my house on Oak Harbor in Slidell. Thanks Arrow.

Ronald was amazing. He was methodical. Showed me where the trouble spots were & preventative measures. He found wasps & spider nests I never noticed. I have young grandchildren who love to swim & it makes me fill good that they'll be safe. If there's a way to have to have him all the time that would be ideal. Great personality too. You have a really good employee.

Lee did an amazing job. I saw Lee doing things I had never seen done before i(sweep webs from the porch and patio). Lee was very friendly and courteous. He is very knowledgeable as well. I would like to request Lee for every service going forward.

I can’t say enough good things about ClearDefense Pest Control. Nate and Brandon were extremely professional, and took the time to explain everything they were doing. They inspected the entire home—inside and out—with attention to detail, and walked me through the treatment plan. What stood out to me most was how respectful they were, making sure everything was clean and safe, especially for my son and dog.

We have been using Clear Defense for a while now and all the guys are great! But today we had Tray, who was probably one of my favorites so far. He was very professional and personable which is always a plus! Super genuine guy that truly wants to do the job well!
