We have used JJ Rooter & Plumbing multiple times for our small business in Oakland. Jorge and his team are quick to respond to service call requests. He and his team are polite, clean, and hardworking. We are grateful that he takes pride in his work. He has extensive knowledge of plumbing and shares it easily when something needs more explanation or why something can or cannot be done. Most recently we asked for an estimate for a french drain to be cleaned and scoped. He had all the proper equipment and tools to do the job efficiently and effectively. His price seemed to be consistent with other quotes I received. We are now getting a quote for a broken pipe to be replaced. We highly recommend him.

Jorge was a pleasure to work with! He explained everything that needed to be done and gave us the best prove out of five bids! He replaced all our old galvanized steel pipes with coppeand a root filled sewer lateral with minimal wear and tear. Did the job quickly and efficiently. No issues! Engaged LJ Kruse plumbing to upgrade our utility sink/washer water supply pipes and hoses at the request of our insurance company. The plumber dispatched to do the work, Greg Stanwood, did an outstanding job. He was creative in finding a solution to the problem that cost us about half the original estimate for a much more complex solution. Greg worked very carefully to preserve the faucet unit we had which saved a considerable chunk of change.The result is that we have a fully adequate and much more secure set up for our washing machine and utility sink. Hard to think of utilitarian plumbing jobs as beautiful but I felt the result was beautiful! On top of the great work, Greg was great to interact with: friendly, courteous and thoroughly dedicated to doing the best job possible. I highly recommend Kruse for plumbing problems. We have used them numerous times and always been pleased with the results.
