SUNSET VIEW CEMETERY & MORTUARY REVIEWS
I was very satisfied. I had my mom's funeral here and it was the best choice I could have made. They are for one almost one of the only facilities you can do just the service w/o being pressured for them to care for the body which was very important in my case. I got helped by two great directors Tonya and Tim I believe. They were weary straight forward and didn't do a lot of upselling me which I appreciated the most. The location is the beautiful, very modern decor and the waterfall in the main entrance is gorgeous. They were very helpful with my set up and allowed me to make my payment the day before the service with no deposit necessary. I would definitely recommend and use the location again if I had to.
Absolutely beautiful, serene cemetery. Beautiful views, waterfall, wildlife all over. Sadly and tragically, I buried my 19-year-old son here recently. I love that I can come to such a beautiful place to acknowledge my son. The staff, especially Bruce, were and have been incredible. Honestly, the staff carried me through the process...along with my family and friends. I love being here.
I went here for a memorial service and the staff was extremely attentive to everyone's needs. They were very helpful to the family. The building and grounds are very well kept. And there's a beautiful view on the hill. Highly recommended.

PACIFIC INTERMENT SERVICE REVIEWS
I can not say enough positive things about Owner Frank and Office manager Jerrica. So professional, very quick responses. When I spoke to frank I had lots of questions as this was our first time navigating this tough situation. He always took the time to thoughtfully answer and has extreme knowledge in this business. His prices are reasonable and his service is above and beyond!!!
Affordable services with honest, nice staff. You'll be dealing with a small, local, possibly family-run firm. So if you want a slick corporate experience with tons of fancy add ons, this may not be for you. The staff always answered my questions and were able to help with my requests for my father's cremation.
Jerrica was very patient and kind with me when my brother died unexpectedly last spring. Due to the Covid 19 and my compromised health, it took me a while to pick up his ashes and Jerrica was understanding. They are an extremely reasonable and easy process through a very trying time.

CALLAGHAN MORTUARY & LIVERMORE CREMATORY REVIEWS
My mother passed away and she had pre-paid for her funeral at a mortuary in Hayward. We called the mortuary to pick up her body after the coroner came and said my mom died of natural causes, and they would not be taking her for autopsy. The mortuary in Hayward said they did not work on Sundays and would not be able to pick up my mom's body until Monday. I called Callaghan's and within 90 minutes, two men dressed in formal black suits arrived to pick up my mom's body. They were polite, respectful, and very gentle. They could not have been any more respectful or professional than they were. We had the memorial service a week later at Callahan's and everything was so nice. The funeral director Deanna made everything very easy for our family. Our experience is that Callaghan handles one of the most difficult parts of life, that is death, with grace, dignity, respect, and a whole lot of care and genuine compassion. - WR E
You and our hospital staff made the unbearable bearable. You were so caring and compassionate in every conversation we had. Losing my son is still unimaginably painful two months later, and in the middle of it when I had to make the terrible business decisions of death you gave us prompt, caring responses and prices we could afford. Thank you so much for doing what you do and for giving me comfort when I needed it most. I didn't know I could appreciate a business so much. If you're in the same situation I was and are reading mortuary yelp reviews from a hospital room I'm so sorry. I'm glad there were other reviewers to point me toward Callahan. - Andrew F
I want to thank Deanna, Debbie, and their team for the care they gave our beautiful 18-year-old son Michael and for helping us through the most unimaginable heartbreak of our lives!! His service was just beautiful and we want to Thankyou from the bottom of our hearts!! - Carol Kehl
